I've ordered 4 times from this place. Delivery every time. They always give you a delivery time that they beat by 15-20 minutes. The people who answer the phone are on their game! Tonight the girl who answered told me that ordering extra cheese in the deep dish wouldn't net me any extra cheese as it's already stuffed full. I appreciated that heads up! She also asked if I want dips with my kids chicken finger meal. I totally would've forgotten. The crazy thing is they actually remember to pack them!
The food: SOOOOOOOO amazing! The deep dish pizza is just as good as something my husband has had in Chicago. The eggplant parm entree is crispy, perfectly breaded, flavorfully sauced and extra cheesy. I've traded Ynot pizza delivery of eggplant parm for this place. See my other reviews and you'll know why. The price point is also very appealing! I fed three people for less than 28 bucks last time I ordered, including dessert! The delivery drivers are also super clean and organized.
Would take any visitors we have to this place over almost anywhere in Norfolk! -

I rarely give 5 stars but after stumbling across Del Vecchios and purchasing several plates for a no-notice dinner party... I was left completely impressed. Their food was like something from New York, completely delicious!
Reasonably priced.
Parking easy.
Staff was a bit odd... but generally friendly and helpful.
Fully recommend this restaurant!! -

Good local spot in the cut. They have a takeout and dine-in section. It wasn't packed. The food came out really quick and was pretty good. No complaints. It's a spot to go to if you're craving pasta, but don't want to pay a lot for a decent dish. The portions as y'all can see are really big, so that's always a plus.

Sooo much yes. If you're planning on eating here, make sure to make room for a nap immediately after. Their ny stuffed pizza is everything I wanted in life for days when I need a little extra comfort. Their crust is sooo buttery and fluffy, I cant even find the words to describe how amazing it is. Their fried pasta, mozzarella sticks and chicken strips are the perfect appetizers to share while youre waiting on your deep dish to bake fresh! The best part is that you always have leftovers for days after your visit and their pizza reheats beautifully!

If you're a Norfolk or ODU local, chances are you love Del Vec's. Nothing is better than getting their pasta with a fresh side salad & garlic bread. Also, who can beat the $1 slices??
